★ In which circumstances can you proceed with the refund?
- Change of mind before the package is shipped. It means that we have not received the tracking numbers yet.
- Problem with the order when you receive it (missing products, wrong products received, damaged products). In this case, you can ask for a refund or an exchange.
- Products not received after 45 working days. If 45 working days have passed since you placed the order, you still have not received the products and the tracking indicates that they have not yet been delivered, you can request a refund via online chat or our contact email.
★In which case you are not allowed to be refunded?
- Change of mind after the products have been shipped. This means that you already have the tracking number when you order.
- Only normal priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, discounted or sale items are not (unless there are problems with the items).

- Damage in transport.
- Defective item
- Order shipped in error

★ How do I request a refund?
ATTENTION: You have the right to request a refund for 30 days after receipt. 30 days after, neither refund nor exchange is allowed.
Contact us immediately after receiving : email@example.com; once the conditions are matched, we will immediately issue a refund.
Send us the unused item which must be in the condition you received it, using the original packaging.
Do not return the item to the manufacturer.
The shipping costs related to the return of your item is not refundable, they are at your expense.
For orders over 75$, we recommend that you use a tracking service or purchase insurance for your shipment.
Also provide us with the receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate the refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to indicate that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, within a few days, we will issue a refund to the payment method you chose when you placed the order.
★ Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)?
If you have not yet received a refund, first double check your bank account.
Then contact the bank to see if the transfer is taking a little while.

★ Cases in particular ?
We will only replace and refund items that were originally defective or damaged. If you want to replace yours with the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we can find a proper return destination address serving your postal area.
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift had the order sent to them with the intention of returning it to you later, we will send the refund to them and they will know that you have returned their gift.
