Check the kit when you receive it
To make your Diamond painting creation easier, it is better to check the kit when you receive it. Do you have all the tools indicated? Is the material in good condition? Are there instructions for use? If you have any problems, please contact us.
Remove a piece of protective film from the canvas, and choose the symbol you want to fill in this piece of canvas.
Find the numerical corresponding to the symbol in the index. Open the corresponding numbered diamond bag.
Take some diamonds and put them in the container. Shake it so that the diamonds sit in the right way.
Take a diamond with the pliers, stick it on the right symbol. Don't forget to line up the diamonds with a ruler.
And you can also use the stylus to take a little glue, then grab a diamond with the tip of the stylus to stick it on the canvas.
Once finished, don't forget to cover your work with the protective film. You can put it in a frame to hang it on the wall.
- Change of mind before the package is shipped. It means that we have not received the tracking numbers yet.
- Problem with the order when you receive it (missing products, wrong products received, damaged products). In this case, you can ask for a refund or an exchange.
- Products not received after 45 working days. If 45 working days have passed since you placed the order, you still have not received the products and the tracking indicates that they have not yet been delivered, you can request a refund via online chat or our contact email.
- Change of mind after the products have been shipped. This means that you already have the tracking number when you order.
- Only normal priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, discounted or sale items are not (unless there are problems with the items).

So please check your order upon receipt. If there are any problems, please contact us immediately so that we can find a solution :
Contact us immediately after receiving : email@example.com; once the conditions are matched, we will immediately issue a refund.
Send us the unused item which must be in the condition you received it, using the original packaging.
If you have not yet received a refund, first double check your bank account.
Then contact the bank to see if the transfer is taking a little while.

We will only replace and refund items that were originally defective or damaged. If you want to replace yours with the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we can find a proper return destination address serving your postal area.
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift had the order sent to them with the intention of returning it to you later, we will send the refund to them and they will know that you have returned their gift.
