SECTION 1 - GENERAL
When the products are in stock, we will try to maintain a clear and precise stock indicator on our website but there maybe a slight difference and we may not be able to fulfill 100% of your orders at the moment of purchase. In that case, we will be delivering the products in stock and contact you concerning the choice of action for the out-of-stock articles: wait for the availability of the product in question to come back or proceed with the refund of these articles.
SECTION 2 - SHIPPING FEES
The shipping fees are calculated from the weight, dimensions and destinations of the articles. The shipping fees will be collected at checkout.
SECTION 3 - DELIVERY

In general, the package takes 5 to 10 days in transit.
SECTION 3.2 - INTERNATIONAL TRANSIT TIME
In general, international orders will be in transit between 5 to 10 days.
SECTION 3.3 - SHIPPING TIME
The orders are generally shipped within 1 working day after the payment has been verified. Our warehouse works from Monday to Friday during standard working hours, except on national holidays the warehouse will be closed. In this case, we will have measures to mitigate any shipping delays.
SECTION 3.4 - DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGE
We can change the delivery address at any moment before the expedition of the package.
SECTION 4 - TRACKING ORDER
During transit, the client will receive a link to track their order with updates from our transport services.
SECTION 5 - DAMAGED PACKAGE IN TRANSIT
If you find the package damaged at reception, please refuse the package and contact our customer service. If the package has been delivered when you are not present, please contact your local postal service.

SECTION 6.2 - IMPORT TAX AND RIGHTS
The import tax and rights for international packages may be required to be paid at the country of destination. This may vary from country to country and Diamond Art Love encourage you to take into account these potential costs before ordering at our website. If you refuse to pay the import tax and rights at the country of destination, the products will be sent back to Diamond Art Love with customer's fee, and the client will receive a refund for the products paid, substract the return fee. The initial expedition cost will not be returned.
SECTION 7 - CANCELLATIONS
If you have a change of mind before receiving your order, we can accept the cancellation anytime before the expedition of the articles. If an order has already been expedited, please refer to our refund policy.
